SFA Advisors is an independent Egyptian professional-services firm for companies, investors and entrepreneurs. We bring specialist lawyers, tax professionals, chartered accountants and business advisers into one coordinated platform, so clients do not have to fragment responsibility and critical records across multiple providers.
Established in 2020, SFA Advisors is led by three professional partners and supported by 20 team members across legal, accounting and specialist functions. The firm draws on more than twenty years of accumulated experience among its partners and advisers. Since 2025, our international coordination capability has expanded through a trusted professional network supporting clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Portugal, the United States and the United Kingdom.
The firm is managed by three professional partners: two lawyers focused on business and corporate matters, and a chartered accountant who leads the financial and tax perspective. This structure gives every matter an integrated review: legal decisions are considered for their tax and operational effects, while tax decisions are assessed in the context of contracts, governance and the commercial model.
We do not hand clients a disconnected list of procedures. We begin with the business model and priorities, identify risks, requirements and relevant authorities, and then establish a clear scope with defined responsibilities, deliverables and follow-through. The firm is led by three partners combining legal, tax and business experience. Its legal leadership includes lawyers admitted and experienced at the Egyptian Courts of Appeal and Court of Cassation levels, with a professional focus on corporate, investment, employment, social-insurance, commercial, contracts and licensing matters. They work alongside a chartered-accountant partner and tax expert who connects commercial decisions with their tax, financial and compliance consequences.

We support foreign investors and group-company owners in defining the Egyptian entity's place within the wider group: legal form, ownership, management and authority; formation of a company, branch or representative office; intercompany arrangements; contracts, employment, tax, licensing, corporate bank-account support, and the reporting or approvals required by management outside Egypt.
We also coordinate matters affecting the investor, foreign employees and accompanying family members: investor residency, employee residency and work permits, spouse, children and dependant residence, study-related routes where applicable, document legalisation and translation, traffic and licensing procedures connected with the company or workforce, and support for foreign individuals opening personal bank accounts. Residency, banking and approvals remain subject to authority, bank and eligibility requirements; our role is to assess the route, organise documents, coordinate and follow through without promising an outcome controlled by another institution.
